Sino-Arab Chemical Fertilizers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as SACF), founded in June 1985, is a large NPK compound fertilizer producer, jointly invested by China, Tunisia and Kuwait, with the total investment of its Phase I standing at $58 million.
